In addition to his work with the Inspire Collective, Mike is also the pastor of the thriving, multi-site Inspire Church in Hawaiʻi, where he leads thousands of individuals in their spiritual growth and development. He is also the prolific author of books including The Pound For Pound Principle, Plateaus, and That Doesn't Just Happen- How Excellence Accelerates Everything.
Mike's passion for equipping leaders has led him to create Send Hope International, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families around the world through the support of missionaries and church plants. Send Hope International also hosts annual conferences like Arise Conference, Kingdom Man Camp and Inspire Conference which provide business and Christian leaders with a platform to learn, connect, and grow in their personal and professional lives.
